Rules of the structure - Torre Storica
La Maison de Charme Latorrestorica has two double rooms with balcony and one triple, all with private bath. All rooms are independent, wide and well-lit and all facing piazza S. Croce the main town square, center of all city events.
RULES
Latorrestorica is an extra hotel structure and a 24 hrs reception service is not available( However the owner lives near by). Clients must communicate in advance the time of arrival 24 hrs before via e-mail at info@latorrestorica.it or by phone with sms at 3283218762 – 3926085844 – 3927823926.
IN CASE OF CANCELLATION
If the cancellation is communicated via e-mail at info@latorrestorica.it within 10 days before arriving no penality is applied, within less than 10 days you are due to pay a penality of one day charge.
If you leave before the reserved period you have to pay 50% of your entire permanence.
In case the structure has to cancel your reservation we’ll pay you back the amount given and help you find an alternative solution.

CHECK IN – REGISTRATION
When you check in you have to show a valid I.D. in order to register you and communicate your data to the local authority according to the law.
HOW TO PAY
When you check in you are required to pay for the entire period you are to stay. For the time being we accept only cash. If you damage or lose the room keyes you’ll be charged 100 euro.
ARRIVING and DEPARTURE TIME
As the structure doesn’t have a reception, you must agree to communicate us the exact time of your arrival. Departing time is within 12 noon.
CLEANING
The cleaning of rooms is done every 3 days from 12 noon to 2pm. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week and when departing. If you need extras, 10 euro charge for each room is required.
PETS
Small pets are permitted as long as they are well trained, insured and vaccinated.
RULES of the STRUCURE
You have to respect the maximum silence from 2pm to 4pm and from 11pm to 8am. For the safety of all guests you are required to close safe all doors. Check that all bath taps are closed and all lights and electrical appliances are turned off when leaving the room. In order to not obstructing tubes, do not throw objects into water or sink. By law and for safety reason, only registered guests are permitted in the structure. The terrace is to be used exclusively to enjoy the panorama. The structure is smoke free.
DAMAGES
If you damage any item of the structure you’ll be charged of all the expenses to repair or buy a new one.
GUARANTEE
Before entering your room you may be required to pay a caution money.
To stay in our structure means that you accept and respect entirely all the above mentioned rules.
